Summary
Our client is seeking a proactive and highly organized Sales Enablement Coordinator to support sales training and enablement initiatives within a fast?paced, data?driven advertising organization. This role will focus on coordinating training logistics, maintaining sales knowledge resources, supporting onboarding activities, and assisting with enablement tools and vendor partnerships.
The organization operates a large?scale, technology?driven advertising platform that leverages first?party data to help brands connect with audiences across connected devices. The environment is dynamic and collaborative, offering exposure to modern sales enablement practices within a rapidly evolving digital media landscape.
The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills, exceptional organizational ability, and experience supporting learning, training, or sales enablement programs.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and schedule sales training sessions for new hires and tenured sales employees, including product training, sales methodologies, and internal software systems.

Support logistics and execution of sales enablement programs, ensuring smooth delivery and high engagement.

Partner with external vendors to support the production and delivery of e?learning modules and training materials; track utilization and report outcomes.

Maintain and update a centralized knowledge repository (e.g., Confluence) containing product documentation, sales best practices, and training content.

Support basic administration of sales coaching and enablement tools (e.g., Gong), including setup assistance, usage tracking, and reporting.

Assist with sales onboarding activities to ensure a seamless new?hire experience.

Collaborate with cross?functional stakeholders to collect feedback, metrics, and insights to evaluate training effectiveness.

Manage multiple priorities, calendars, tasks, and deliverables in a deadline?driven, fully onsite environment.
Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of experience in learning & development, sales enablement, training coordination, or a related support role.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent organizational skills with experience managing logistics, calendars, tasks, and competing priorities.

Ability to support content updates and coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders.

Comfortable working fully onsite.
Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Familiarity with advertising technology, digital media, or CTV/OTT environments.

Experience working with LMS platforms, knowledge bases (e.g., Confluence), or sales enablement tools.

Experience coordinating projects with external vendors.
