Job Title :-SAP S4 HANA Developer
Location: Dearborn, Michigan (Onsite)
Duration: 12+ Months Contract(With Possibility of extension)
W2 Only
Pay Rate Range :-$60-70 /hr
Skills Required:
SAP S4 HANA
7+ years of configuration experience in S4 FI and CO modules: FI-GL, AP, AR, AA required. CO-PC, CO-CCA, CO-ML, CO-PA Key Responsibilities:
1. Engage with customers to deeply understand their use-cases, pain points, and requirements, showcasing empathy and advocating for user-centric software solutions
2. Solve complex problems by designing, developing, and delivering using various tools, languages, frameworks, methodologies (like agile) and technologies
3. Assess the requirements of the software application or service and determine the most suitable technology stack, integration method, deployment strategy, etc.
4. Create high-level software architecture designs that outline the overall structure, components, and interfaces of the application
5. Collaborate with cross functional teams like product owners, designers, architects etc.
6. Define and implement software test strategy, guidelines, policies and processes in line with organization vision, industry regulations and market best practices.
7. Work on continuously improving performance and optimizing the application and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
8. Familiar with programming practices, such as test-driven development, continuous integration, and continuous delivery
9. FCV/FCTA stand Program knowledge
10. Support Month end close Programs
11. Substitution and Validations
12. Company code, exchange rate etc. configuration
13. Ledger and sub ledger knowledge
14. Ability to perform in-depth hands-on configuration of required SAP FICO modules.
Our preferred qualifications:
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field or a combination of education and equivalent experience
• Experience working in a multi-company code, multi-currency environment is required.
• Ability to perform in-depth hands-on configuration of required SAP FICO modules.
• Analyze problems and troubleshoot to find the root cause.
• Ability to read and debug ABAP code (but not perform any technical development).
• Good knowledge of integration with other S4 modules – Purchasing, Sales and Production
• Development experience using various SAP development technologies including but not limited to the following: ABAP, Integration, and UI tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Experience working in a Product Driven Agile Organization.
