Senior Project Manager (Remote)

Pay Rate: $73-$75/hour
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex, high-impact projects in a fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for managing one or more large-scale, non-technical projects from initiation through completion, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
- Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, including:
- Feasibility studies
- Requirements gathering
- Business analysis
- ROI and business case development
- Design and testing coordination
- Implementation planning
- Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure project objectives, requirements, and deliverables are clearly documented.
- Coordinate internal and external resources to support project execution.
- Provide regular project updates to leadership and key stakeholders.
- Drive projects that may be strategic in nature and critical to business objectives.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of project management experience, preferably managing complex enterprise-level initiatives.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
