Experienced Healthcare Project Manager with 5+ years of leading medium to large, cross?functional initiatives across clinical, operational, and system?wide environments. Proven ability to drive projects through full lifecycle execution—from assessment and planning to implementation and evaluation—while managing scope, timelines, and resources to achieve measurable business and patient?care outcomes. Trusted partner to executive leadership and stakeholders, known for translating complex requirements into actionable plans, advancing change management initiatives, and continuously improving healthcare processes, workflows, and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead medium to large, cross?functional healthcare projects, including system?wide initiatives of varying complexity
- Drive all phases of the project lifecycle: assessment, analysis, planning, implementation, and evaluation
- Manage project scope, work plans, timelines, and resource requirements to ensure delivery of expected business outcomes
- Analyze and document workflows, processes, and outcomes to support continuous improvement and re?engineering efforts
- Partner with key stakeholders, business partners, and executive leadership to ensure alignment, resource optimization, and continuity of services
- Serve as a consultant and mentor; provide guidance, training, and direction to less experienced project staff
- Participate in and lead committees and task forces as a member, consultant, or chair
- Act as a change agent by advancing best practices in project management and organizational change
- Identify significant issues, lead root?cause analysis, and develop data?driven recommendations for leadership review
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of relevant experience in project management, healthcare operations, or related field
- Prior leadership, management, or project management experience required
