Job Title: Learning Technology Customer Experience and Deployment
Contract Duration: 1year, possible extension
Location: Chicago, IL
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (remote candidate will be considered)

Summary
This role serves as a strategic partner between Global IT, Markets, and Learning & Development to drive the implementation of learning transformation initiatives. The individual will lead complex projects, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure the effective use of learning technologies to deliver impactful learning experiences across U.S. and global markets.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Global IT and Markets to lead the deployment of initiatives and priorities set by Learning and Development in support of our Learning Transformation Strategy
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships with internal and external stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact learning experiences and improve conversions across the US and Global Markets
  • Work with customers to ensure they are leveraging applications effectively and finding value in our services by becoming a SME and educating our customers on the use and benefits of our applications and services
  • Project manage complex, time-bound initiatives; establish milestones and keep all team members on task; keep stakeholders up to date on project status and potential risks/issues
  • Identify opportunities to improve the user experience and digital initiatives, advocate for customers by capturing feedback, market needs, and reporting requests and sharing with leadership, product owners, and Global IT driving continuous improvement
  • Coordinate and communicate the delivery of the core user experience by working closely with leadership and product owners to ensure initiatives are aligned and/or prioritized across markets
  • Develop a test and learn culture within Global Markets
  • Produce regular performance reports and update all relevant stakeholders
  • Support Global People initiatives and manage execution
  • Develop and coach team member(s) to help them reach career goals and continue to grow their skills, setting them up for success in their current and future roles

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree desired or 10+ years of equivalent experience
  • Experience with cloud-based solutions and learning platforms, including a learning management system and/or learning experience platform. Prefer Saba Cloud LMS, and Edcast LXP.
  • Experience with system implementations, enhancements, and documentation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
  • Ability to provide actionable insights from data analysis
  • Strong communication skills – both written and verbal and ability to build solid relationships at all levels
  • Experience working cross-culturally with global colleagues at all levels of the organization
  • Strong presentation skills – experience delivering to a diverse global audience with English as a second language
  • Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical users
  • Ability to, at times, work in ambiguity, only knowing partial outcomes or resolutions
  • Ability to carry out duties autonomously, with little direct supervision
  • Ability to communicate functional needs to support the development of technical use case

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience in Power BI and/or Tableau
  • Experience in operations of a franchise organization, including characteristics of end users in different roles across markets globally
