Please note that the position requires onsite work from day one, and approximately 25% of your day will be spent on the shop floor.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

• Supervise or direct non-salary shipping personnel (internal and external carriers).

• Organize and prepare complex documents using business applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).

• Gather, analyze, and summarize data for special reports; maintain accurate records.

• Create, implement, and ensure compliance with a company-wide document management system.

• Support best practices in department reporting, planning, and data control.

• Arrange and support stakeholder meetings, actions, and events.

• Conduct analyses, quality tests, and inspections with a focus on accuracy and independent judgment.

• Develop expertise in company policies, regulations, and industry standards.

• Pursue ongoing training, development, and industry knowledge as required.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong computer proficiency, especially with Microsoft Office.

• Experience with data collection, reporting, analysis, and document control.

• Organizational, planning, and numerical skills.

• Familiarity with office systems and standard procedures.

• Experience with SAP and PowerBI preferred, but not required.

• Previous experience with hazmat, shipping, or warehousing is a plus.

Education:

• Open to recent college graduates.

Additional Details:

• Position is fully onsite, immediate start.

• Must have or be able to obtain metatarsal safety shoes by the first day.

• Business casual dress code.

• No physical shipping/lifting required; role is mostly office-based.

• Interviews will be held via MS Teams.
