$73-75 per hour
We’re looking for a senior SAP S/4HANA OTC Functional Lead to own end?to?end order?to?cash design and execution, from order management and pricing through billing, revenue, and delivery.
This role serves as the business quality gate for OTC across design, testing, cutover, and go?live.
What You’ll Own
- End?to?end OTC process ownership: order management, pricing, delivery, billing, returns, credit/debit
- Fit?to?standard leadership across regions and sales channels
- SAP S/4HANA functional design for:
- Sales document types, item categories, partner determination
- Pricing procedures / condition technique, rebates (if in scope)
- Billing types, billing plans, credit and debit memo flows
- Tight integration with Finance (FI/CO) for revenue, tax, and compliance
- UAT ownership and sign?off for all OTC scenarios (standard and exception flows)
- OTC data readiness, cutover, and hypercare stabilization
- Cross?functional leadership with Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Master, and IT
- Vendor/SI governance and executive?level stakeholder communication
What We’re Looking For
- 7–12+ years in SAP SD / Order?to?Cash functional leadership
- Proven SAP S/4HANA experience (greenfield or ECC to S/4)
- Deep hands?on experience with pricing, billing, and OTC controls
- Strong UAT leadership and quality gate discipline
- Experience partnering with Finance, Tax, and Revenue teams
- Ability to make and defend fit?to?standard decisions
- Exposure to VMS (Vehicle Management), dealer/customer portals, or complex pricing is a strong plus
