Epitec is seeking to add a Senior Android Software Engineer to support next?generation infotainment platforms. This role focuses on AOSP and Android Framework development, driving scalable system?level solutions that power modern in?vehicle experiences.
? Key Responsibilities

Lead design and development of AOSP and Android Framework components

Architect scalable, maintainable systems using Clean Architecture and modern design patterns

Build high?performance Android features using Java and Kotlin

Integrate application?layer logic with Android middleware and system services

Define and enforce rigorous unit, instrumentation, and integration testing standards

Leverage AI tools to improve development efficiency and quality

Own technical delivery end?to?end across cross?functional teams

Diagnose and resolve complex system?level issues (race conditions, performance bottlenecks)
? Required Qualifications

7+ years of professional software development experience

3+ years of Java

3+ years of Kotlin

Strong experience in Android application layers

Deep understanding of Android system internals and debugging
