We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Software QA Associate to join our dynamic Carrier Project Management team. This role blends project coordination and software quality assurance, supporting the launch of cutting-edge mobile devices in the telecommunications space.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management Support

  • Coordinate and track carrier-related projects from start to finish.
  • Liaise with internal teams, external partners, and carriers to ensure alignment.
  • Monitor milestones, risks, and deliverables; escalate issues and propose solutions.
  • Draft reports, schedules, and meeting notes for stakeholders.
  • Support testing teams with logistics, device sourcing, and carrier deliverables.

 

Quality Assurance

  • Execute QA processes for carrier-integrated products (functional, regression, interoperability testing).
  • Review carrier requirements and ensure compliance.
  • Log and track defects; collaborate with developers for fixes and improvements.

 

Technical Knowledge & Research

  • Stay current on emerging telecom technologies (5G, 6G, IoT, eSIM, RCS, etc.).
  • Provide technical insights to enhance QA strategies and project decisions.

 

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with product, engineering, and operations teams.
  • Facilitate coordination between QA, development, and carrier representatives.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1–3 years of experience in software QA, project coordination, or telecom project management.
  • Bilingual fluency in Korean and English (required).
  • Familiarity with telecom technologies (LTE, VoLTE, 5G, VoNR, 6G).
  • Experience with tools like Jira, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office (preferred).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
