Job Title: Strategic Partner Manager IV
Contract Duration: 9 months
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Work Arrangement: Onsite
Pay Rate: $65-$70/hour

Responsibilities

  • Manage the strategy, implementation and optimization of strategic partnerships
  • Track, analyze and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partner relationships
  • Identify and manage emerging partners
  • Become the primary point of contact for and maintain strong direct relationships with key partners
  • Proactively resolve business issues with partners
  • Be an internal advocate for the partners
  • Build and manage scalable partner programs to drive broad adoption of the Client’s Platform

Minimum Qualifications

  • BA/BS degree
  • 8+ years experience, including 4+ years of related partner or product experience
  • Project management experience, with experience leading and handling multiple time-sensitive, cross-functional projects
  • Communication and presentation experience
  • Proven experience thinking strategically about issues, leading to recommendations and action plans
  • Experience to work cross-functionally with all levels of management, both internally and externally

  • Technical background
  • Proven track record of driving partnership strategy at a consumer internet company, among a diverse set of industries
  • Rapid learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment

Must Have Skills

  • Strategic Partnership Management – Proven experience managing, optimizing, and growing strategic partnerships, including being the primary point of contact and internal advocate.
  • Project Management – Strong ability to lead and handle multiple cross-functional, time-sensitive projects simultaneously.
  • Communication & Presentation – Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to and influencing stakeholders at all levels. Talent partnerships / creator partnerships

Nice to Have Skills

  • Technical Background – Understanding of technical concepts to better communicate with partners and internal teams.
  • Public Representation – Experience serving as a spokesperson for a platform or product.
  • Industry Diversity – Track record of driving partnership strategies across a variety of industries, especially in consumer internet companies.
