Role Overview

We are seeking a highly strategic and operationally driven Strategic Partner Operations Manager IV to support large-scale business messaging partnerships with a strong focus on WhatsApp. This role sits at the intersection of partner management, analytics, and cross-functional execution, ensuring partners have a seamless and successful experience on the platform.

The ideal candidate brings deep operational expertise, strong analytical skills, and a consultative mindset. You will work closely with partners and internal teams to resolve operational challenges, deliver insights through data, and support the overall growth and performance of business messaging programs. Success in this role requires comfort navigating ambiguity, managing multiple workstreams, and driving results in a fast?paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the operational execution of WhatsApp partner programs, including partner onboarding, incentive programs, marketing development funds (MDF), partner payouts, and opportunity management within CRM systems.
  • Manage partner support tickets and escalations, ensuring timely resolution and a high-quality partner experience.
  • Coordinate and streamline partner communications, including surveys, marketing announcements, product updates, and pilot or research initiatives.
  • Partner closely with Engineering and Product teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues impacting partners.
  • Serve as the primary operational point of contact for partners, addressing sales-related and operational questions.
  • Analyze performance data and insights to inform strategy, guide implementation, and drive incremental adoption of business messaging solutions.
  • Act as an internal subject-matter expert, connecting partners and internal teams to solutions engineering, products, and operational resources.
  • Identify operational gaps and opportunities, and help design or improve processes to support scalable growth and partner performance.
  • Proactively track, analyze, and communicate key metrics and vertical trends related to business messaging.
  • Collaborate with program management, deal desk, and cross?functional stakeholders to structure effective incentives and investments for strategic partners.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in operations, consulting, strategic partnerships, account management, customer success, or pre?sales roles.
  • Strong ability to tell compelling stories through data and communicate insights to diverse audiences, including senior leadership.
  • Advanced analytical skills with strong Excel proficiency and experience working with complex datasets.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex workstreams with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated passion for problem?solving, root?cause analysis, and explaining the “why” behind trends and outcomes.
  • Comfortable working with imperfect or incomplete data and driving clarity from ambiguity.
  • Self?starter with a strong track record of ownership and initiative.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally and prioritizing work across multiple stakeholders.
  • History of delivering against goals or quotas and earning positive performance feedback.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting channel sales organizations within enterprise SaaS environments.
  • Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure concepts such as load balancing, optimization, and database management.
  • Exposure to SQL, relational databases, or statistical tools such as R, SAS, or SPSS is a plus.

Required Skills

  • Highly independent, fast learner, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and the Microsoft Office environment.
  • Strong technical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and proven cross-functional stakeholder management.
  • Fluent in English.
