Now Hiring: Maintenance Supervisor (2nd Shift)
Location: Waterloo, IA (Onsite)
Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday-Friday | 2:30 PM-11:00 PM
Pay Rate: $42 an hour
Hours: Approximately 45 hours per week, with overtime and occasional weekends/holidays as needed
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support hourly maintenance employees in a manufacturing environment
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency goals
- Monitor equipment performance and drive corrective actions when needed
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the department
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and housekeeping requirements
- Spend approximately 50% of the workday on the shop floor supporting operations
Required Qualifications:
- 1+ years of production or manufacturing supervisory experience
- Associate degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
- Experience leading hourly employees in a factory environment
- Strong communication, leadership, and people management skills
- Experience planning and estimating maintenance work
- Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and tool & die processes
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP experience
Additional Details:

- Safety shoes with internal metatarsal protection required on the first day
- Must be comfortable operating a Deere-owned Gator on the shop floor after completing safety training
