Role Overview

The Supply Chain Analyst III is responsible for ensuring product availability to meet forecasted demand by account. This role manages demand forecasting, customer order processing, and coordination with internal and external partners to support on?time delivery and short?term supply planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure product availability to meet forecasted demand by account, receive orders based on allocation, and deliver to customers on time
  • Manage and operate weekly demand forecasts at the SKU and site level; provide customer order commitments and update top?line forecasts to secure short?term (up to 6 months) supply
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Business Management, Sales, and Operations teams to understand new product launches, promotions, and demand?impacting events, adjusting forecasts accordingly
  • Track weekly customer orders and manage order processing to support on?time delivery
  • Coordinate with HQ and factories to support production scheduling and supplier management aligned to demand requirements
  • Monitor sales order intake and shipping processes to support monthly sales targets
  • Provide regular updates and recommendations to senior management related to demand, inventory, and supply chain performance
  • Analyze and publish weekly and daily reports

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in supply chain, forecast management, demand planning, or operations
  • In?depth knowledge of supply chain operations and processes
  • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated intellectual curiosity
  • Advanced Excel skills required
  • Experience with ERP systems required; SAP preferred
  • Tableau and Alteryx experience preferred
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to communicate insights clearly
  • Willingness to take ownership and work in a collaborative environment
  • Positive attitude and adaptability

Language Requirement

  • Bilingual in Korean required
