Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to support demand planning, allocation, and logistics operations. This role focuses on ensuring accurate forecasting, efficient order management, and on-time product delivery while collaborating cross-functionally to support business objectives. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong analytical capabilities, and is proactive in identifying and resolving routine supply chain challenges.
Responsibilities
- Execute PSI/SCP activities to ensure accurate allocation, order processing, and on-time delivery to customers
- Manage product availability by aligning forecasted demand with allocation and order fulfillment across accounts and sites
- Input and maintain weekly forecasts to optimize allocation by account and location
- Track customer orders, process order fulfillment, and ensure delivery timelines are consistently met
- Perform logistics operations including diversion and stock transfers
- Generate and publish daily and weekly operating reports (PSI/SCP, ATS, aging reports)
- Develop and maintain short-term (up to 6 months) demand forecasts using historical data, market trends, and cross-functional insights
- Manage SKU/site-level forecasts and provide order commitment updates to support supply planning
- Collaborate with Product Management, Sales, and Operations teams to adjust forecasts based on promotions, launches, and business changes
- Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to balance inventory investment with service level targets
- Coordinate with global teams to align production schedules and supplier activities with demand requirements
- Monitor order intake and shipping performance to support monthly sales targets
- Analyze supply chain performance and provide actionable recommendations to leadership
- Manage factory aging inventory and support weekly MPO processes
Years of Experience and Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Economics, or a related field
- 3–4 years of experience in supply chain, logistics operations, or data analysis (entry-level)
Skills Required
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including data analysis and reporting
- Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English
- Foundational understanding of supply chain operations and logistics processes
- Ability to analyze routine supply chain issues and recommend solutions or process adjustments
- Experience working with sales, purchase, and transfer order data
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to interpret and manage operational data
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage priorities, and take initiative
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
