Job Description:
We are seeking a Supply Chain Logistics Analyst to support warehouse and production operations through data analysis, process improvement, and supply chain optimization initiatives. This role combines supply chain expertise, ERP administration, Power BI reporting, and project leadership to improve material flow, inventory management, and operational efficiency within a warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze supply chain and warehouse data to support operational and production initiatives.
- Create, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports for supply chain performance tracking.
- Administer and maintain ERP and other supply chain systems.
- Lead process improvement and continuous improvement projects within warehouse operations.
- Deploy and sustain Lean Material Flow strategies across plant and warehouse facilities.
- Develop and maintain standard work instructions for materials team members.
- Own warehouse and supply chain footprint layouts to support operational efficiency.
- Perform data analysis and planning for new products, jobs, and material requirements.
- Coordinate new part setup for warehouse and line-side production operations.
- Define delivery methods and material flow strategies based on forecasts and demand.
- Support material handling, receiving, and warehouse teams to ensure efficient operations.
- Present findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders at all organizational levels.
