Position Overview
We are seeking a Supply Chain Logistics Analyst to support warehouse and production operations through data analysis, process improvement, and supply chain optimization. This role will partner closely with Supply Chain, Materials, Warehouse, and Production teams to drive operational efficiency, improve material flow, and support new product launches.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a warehouse or distribution environment, strong analytical skills, advanced Excel capabilities, Power BI reporting experience, and a passion for continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze supply chain and warehouse data to identify trends, opportunities, and operational improvements
- Create, develop, maintain, and enhance Power BI dashboards and reports
- Support deployment and sustainment of Lean Material Flow strategies
- Own and maintain warehouse and supply chain footprint layouts
- Establish and maintain standard work instructions for materials team members
- Manage data analysis for upcoming product launches and operational initiatives
- Coordinate new part setup within warehouse and production environments
- Define delivery methods and material flow strategies based on forecast requirements
- Support Material Handling and Receiving operations
- Lead and participate in process improvement projects
- Present findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve supply chain performance and efficiency
- Maintain ERP system data integrity and support system-related initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse, or Distribution environment
- Strong data management and analytical skills
- Experience leading projects and driving process improvements
- ERP administration or ERP system experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience building and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
