Supply Management Planner II

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Supply Management Planner II to support supplier management, purchased parts delivery, inventory coordination, and supply chain operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
In this role, you will work directly with suppliers and internal teams to ensure materials are delivered on time, inventory levels are maintained, and production requirements are met. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in supply chain, logistics, purchasing, procurement, supplier management, inventory control, or operations and is also open to recent graduates with relevant education and internship experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day relationships with suppliers to support operational needs.
- Coordinate purchased parts delivery and monitor supplier performance.
- Track inventory levels and assist in resolving shortages or delivery issues.
- Support procurement, purchasing, logistics, and supply chain activities.
- Gather and analyze supplier, market, and inventory data to support decision-making.
- Monitor contract performance and support supplier improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement efforts.
- Support meetings, supplier communications, and operational planning activities.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and supply chain documentation.
- Utilize Excel and business systems to track and analyze operational data.
Qualifications
Required:
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
- Ability to multitask and manage changing priorities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Supply Management, Business, Operations, Logistics, or a related field.
- Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Experience working with suppliers, inventory, logistics, purchasing, or operations.
- SAP or ERP system experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
