Supply Management Planner
Location: Davenport, IA – Fully Onsite
Pay: $24.00–$26.00/hour
Contract: 24-Month, W2 Contract
Schedule: Full-Time
Job Summary
We are seeking a Supply Management Planner to support the delivery and coordination of purchased parts from internal and external suppliers across one or more locations. This position is ideal for someone with strong communication and computer skills who is interested in building experience in supply management, supply chain, materials, or logistics.
Recent graduates with relevant Business or Supply Management education are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the delivery of purchased parts from internal and external suppliers
- Communicate with suppliers and internal teams regarding material and delivery needs
- Track and support day-to-day supply and material requirements
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications for daily tasks
- Maintain accurate information and communicate potential supply or delivery issues
- Support supply management activities across one or more locations
- Travel between nearby sites or facilities using a personal vehicle when required
Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer and typing skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Ability to work effectively with suppliers and cross-functional internal teams
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work fully onsite in Davenport, Iowa
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Management, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Recent graduates are welcome to apply
- Previous experience with SAP
- Previous exposure to supply chain, purchasing, materials, logistics, inventory, or supplier coordination is a plus

- 24-month W2 contract

- Business casual work environment
- Position may require occasional driving between sites or other company locations using a personal vehicle
- Interviews will be conducted by phone or Microsoft Teams
