In this position, you’ll support a variety of business functions including Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance, IT, and more while helping shape the future of our workforce.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition kickoff through offer acceptance and onboarding
  • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies
  • Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, networking, and direct outreach
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates for both technical qualifications and culture fit
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience through proactive communication and timely feedback
  • Utilize recruiting metrics and data to improve hiring effectiveness and support decision-making
  • Stay current on recruiting trends, talent market insights, and best practices
  • Support talent attraction, employer branding, internal mobility, and workforce planning initiatives

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a technical recruiting environment
  • Experience recruiting for corporate functions such as Finance, IT, Engineering, Manufacturing, or similar areas
  • Strong sourcing and talent attraction skills
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities
  • Experience working within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), preferably Workday
  • Strong research, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering a high-quality candidate experience
  • Passion for learning and staying current with recruiting trends

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience recruiting within the United States
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
  • Knowledge of talent intelligence, employer branding, and workforce planning strategies
