3rd shift Primaries/Secondaries production supervisor. Potential to cover other departments in the fabrication (primaries, secondaries, weld, machining, and paint) area at Davenport Works, based on coverage needs.
Candidates must be willing to work off-shift (typically 3rd shift), daily OT and weekends. Weekends will be mandatory based on a rotating schedule with other production supervisors.
Candidates are encouraged to have strong supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
A 4-year degree is strongly preferred with 2+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment, but a minimum of a high school diploma/equivalent with supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment is desired. Candidates must also be proficient with computers, including Excel and Outlook. |
