What You’ll Do
- Partner with product owners, business stakeholders, and developers to gather and refine requirements.
- Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications.
- Review and interpret API documentation to validate integrations and data flows.
- Understand front-end UI/UX needs to guide conversations between business and development teams.
- Ensure delivery aligns with customer needs and regulatory/financial requirements.
Must-Have Skills
- 2+ years of experience in Agile environments.
- Salesforce experience (hands-on configuration, administration, or strong analyst role exposure).
- Ability to learn quickly, work independently, and ask the right questions.
- Strong communication skills for both business and technical audiences.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Business Analyst, or Developer).
- Experience with financial services or loan/lease management systems.
- Familiarity with APIs, data flows, and front-end frameworks.
