We are hiring a Technical Operations Lead (Autonomous Vehicle Fleet Support) to support a high-impact service operations team focused on troubleshooting and maintaining fleet uptime.

This role will lead a team responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical issues across an autonomous vehicle fleet, ensuring fast triage, clear documentation, and strong coordination with engineering teams.

Schedule (Arizona MST Time):

  • Sunday – Wednesday: 4:00 AM – 2:30 PM
  • Sunday – Wednesday: 1:00 PM – 11:30 PM
  • Wednesday – Saturday: 4:00 AM – 2:30 PM
  • Wednesday – Saturday: 1:00 PM – 11:30 PM
    Candidates must specify which shifts they are open to (flexibility preferred).

What you’ll be doing:

  • Lead and support a troubleshooting team handling real-time fleet issues
  • Monitor dashboards and drive fleet uptime and performance
  • Triage, document, and escalate technical incidents
  • Partner with engineering teams to resolve and prevent issues
  • Run daily standups, shift handoffs, and process improvements
  • Ensure strong SOP and SLA adherence across operations

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience in technical operations, fleet support, NOC, or incident response
  • Background in automotive, robotics, AV, or similar technical environments
  • Strong experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms
  • Prior leadership or shift/team lead experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, shift-based environment

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in technical operations, fleet support, incident response, or reliability-focused roles within automotive, robotics, autonomous vehicles, aerospace, or similar industries 
  • Prior experience leading or supervising teams in a fast-paced, shift-based or operations environment 
  • Strong experience with incident management and productivity tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft Office (or similar platforms) 
  • Proven ability to triage, document, and escalate technical issues with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail 
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to coordinate across technical teams, operations, and leadership 
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment and remain calm during incidents and escalations 
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and assigned shifts based on Arizona (MST) time 
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for training (up to 3 times per year)

Pay: $37-41 an hour
