Expected hours per week: 40 hours per week
Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
Pay: $60 per hour

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead software delivery initiatives and manage requirements throughout the development lifecycle. This role will partner with cross-functional teams to drive project execution, maintain requirements traceability, and support integrations across enterprise platforms in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, maintain, and govern business, system, and technical requirements using tools such as Codebeamer, Jama, or IBM DOORS.
  • Gather, document, prioritize, and track requirements from planning through production support.
  • Ensure end-to-end traceability across business needs, development, testing, deployment, and support activities.
  • Coordinate project plans, risks, dependencies, milestones, and stakeholder communications.
  • Support integrations between requirements management tools, GitHub, Jira, and other enterprise systems.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams on REST API integrations, CI/CD processes, and deployment activities.
  • Support SSO and identity integration initiatives.
  • Assist with GCP cloud deployments and application implementation efforts.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI-driven solutions to improve productivity, automation, and delivery quality.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of project management, software delivery, or related IT experience.
  • Experience working in Agile environments.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one requirements management tool: Codebeamer, Jama, or IBM DOORS.
  • Strong understanding of Jira, GitHub, APIs, CI/CD, and cloud technologies.
  • Experience managing technical projects from requirements gathering through deployment.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing product backlogs in Jira.
  • Exposure to Tekton, GCP, SSO, and AI-related initiatives.
  • Automotive industry experience or experience supporting complex digital ecosystems.
