Pay: $75-$79 per hour
Job Summary
The Senior Technology Program Manager oversees complex technology projects and programs focused on implementing or upgrading enterprise applications, cloud platforms, infrastructure, and internal technology capabilities. This role may also serve as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, ensuring teams follow Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles. The position requires strong technical fluency, the ability to translate complex cloud and infrastructure concepts into clear roadmaps, and the leadership skills to drive cross?team alignment. This is a hybrid role requiring four days onsite.
What You’ll Do

Develop project and program plans, defining scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines for enterprise technology initiatives.

Lead problem?solving and continuous improvement efforts in collaboration with IT teams and external technology partners.

Streamline development processes between internal teams and external vendors to ensure efficient execution.

Communicate project status, risks, and progress updates to stakeholders across multiple organizations using clear, data?driven reporting.

Ensure all project objectives are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Provide accurate analysis and reporting for leadership presentations and program reviews.

Identify risks and create mitigation strategies to support timely project completion.

Manage technology product goals, forecasts, and long?term strategy in partnership with engineering teams.

Apply Agile methodologies to guide execution, maintain backlogs, define user stories, and run planning ceremonies.

Serve as a liaison between platform engineering and IT leadership, including security, compliance, infrastructure, and application teams.

Create clear, compelling program narratives and leadership updates.

Translate technical concepts and infrastructure strategies into actionable roadmaps and stakeholder?friendly documentation.

Own and manage the platform roadmap, backlog, and prioritization.

Collaborate with engineering to define use cases, requirements, and goals for platform features and tooling enhancements.

Coordinate cross?team buy?in and approvals to support platform adoption.

Ensure documentation, onboarding materials, and internal communications are complete, accurate, and up to date.
What You Bring

10+ years of IT experience, including work on complex global programs.

Strong knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and its integration with identity, networking, and automation patterns.

Expertise in cloud infrastructure, cloud architecture, and enterprise technology environments.

Proven program management experience with the ability to manage large, cross?functional initiatives.

Strong technical documentation skills and the ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and leadership.

Experience applying Agile methodologies and using Jira to manage epics, stories, and sprints.

Bachelor’s degree required.
