Job Title: Technical Program & Project Management Senior Specialist
Location: Hybrid in Dearborn, MI (4 days on-site)

Pay: $75-$77 per hour
Position Description
Seeking an experienced WorkForce Software Deployment Lead to support the ATLAS program, a large-scale initiative deploying enterprise workforce management solutions to 55,000+ employees across the U.S. and Canada. This role supports multi-wave deployment of a modern timekeeping and workforce management platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end SDLC activities: requirements, design, configuration, testing, training, deployment, and post-go-live support
- Configure and deploy WorkForce Software modules including Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Absence Case Tracking, and Reporting
- Partner with HR, IT, Manufacturing Operations, and Finance to translate business requirements into system configurations
- Support multi-wave deployments, testing (UAT, regression, integration), issue resolution, and stabilization
- Ensure compliance with U.S. and Canadian timekeeping and labor regulations
- Develop training materials and deliver end-user training

Experience Required
- 10+ years of IT experience supporting complex enterprise programs
- Hands-on WorkForce Software configuration experience (required)
- Direct experience with Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Absence Case Tracking, and Reporting
- Experience supporting full software deployment lifecycle
- Large-scale enterprise implementations (10,000+ employees)
- Automotive/manufacturing environment experience (union and non-union)
- Strong knowledge of U.S. and Canadian labor and timekeeping regulations
- No functional-only profiles; hands-on configuration experience required
