Full-time, On-Going Contract, W2 

 

Schedule: 

Monday – Friday, Onsite, (6:00am–4:00pm or 4:00pm–2:00am) + overtime/weekends as needed 

 

Pay Range: 

$20–21 per hour

Job Description:  
 

Roles & Responsibilities 

  • Perform full-spectrum manufacturing of PDC (diamond) drill bits from fabrication through final inspection 

  • Work across multiple sub-processes including CNC machining, welding, brazing, plotting, grinding, painting, furnace work, and final clean-up 

  • Read, interpret, and troubleshoot engineering drawings, schematics, and build specifications 

  • Follow material build lists based on customer requirements 

  • Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications 

  • Perform general repair and rework operations as needed 

  • Utilize pneumatic and electric hand tools throughout the manufacturing process 

  • Rotate between operational areas based on workflow demands and production needs 

 

Required 

  • Hands-on experience in manual assembly, fabrication, or manufacturing environment 

  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and manufacturing documentation 

  • Experience using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, or similar equipment 

  • Ability to perform basic math calculations, including decimal and fraction conversions 

  • Comfortable using a wide range of hand and power tools 

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate a forklift 

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow product specifications 

  • Willingness to work overtime and flexible shifts as needed 

Skills 

  • CNC machining, welding, brazing, or grinding experience 

  • Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability 

  • Quality inspection and adherence to specifications 

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment 

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills 

 

Education 

  • High School Diploma or GED required
