Pay Rate: $55–57 per Hour

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Technician V – Lab Technician to support RF testing, lab operations, and hardware assembly activities in a fast-paced laboratory environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with RF lab equipment, board rework, soldering, and lab organization while ensuring test setups and hardware assemblies are completed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and configure RF test setups based on provided instructions and engineering requirements.
  • Operate and work with RF laboratory equipment to support testing and validation activities.
  • Assemble equipment racks and hardware installations according to documented procedures and specifications.
  • Perform soldering and rework on existing circuit boards, including work with 0201 components; prior RF hardware experience is required.
  • Maintain and organize laboratory inventory, equipment, cables, test stations, and work areas.
  • Assist with the movement and setup of laboratory equipment, including occasionally lifting heavier machines and materials.
  • Provide general laboratory support to ensure a safe, efficient, and organized working environment.
  • Support engineers and technical teams with day-to-day lab activities and operational needs.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience working with RF lab equipment and RF test environments.
  • Ability to build and troubleshoot test setups from written instructions.
  • Hands-on experience with board-level soldering and rework, including 0201 components.
  • Experience supporting rack assembly and hardware integration.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage lab inventory and equipment.
  • Ability to work onsite in a laboratory environment and handle physical tasks associated with equipment setup and maintenance.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions accurately.
  • 4-6 years of experience
