Job Description:
We’re seeking a VPP Technology Analyst to support day-to-day technology operations, project administration, and process improvement initiatives within a fast-paced business environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on problem-solving, collaboration, and driving operational efficiencies while supporting critical systems and business processes.
What You’ll Do
Operations & Support
- Serve as the lead point of contact for day-to-day operational support.
- Manage, track, and analyze cases from intake through resolution.
- Partner with support teams on incident and problem management activities.
- Monitor operational workflows, identify process gaps, and implement improvements.
- Analyze recurring issues and trends to identify root causes and recommend solutions.
Technology Project Administration
- Support system enhancement projects and act as a liaison between business, technology, and operations teams.
- Gather, document, and refine business requirements and user stories.
- Manage and prioritize user stories within Jira or similar ticketing platforms.
- Support system configuration updates, testing activities, and deployment efforts.
- Assist with backlog grooming, process documentation, and project coordination.
- Develop and execute test plans in various environments to ensure successful implementation.
Process Improvement
- Create and maintain process maps, SOPs, and operational documentation.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using structured problem-solving methodologies.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, consistency, and user experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS).
- 5+ years of experience in technology operations, field support, operations management, project support, or a related field.
- Experience working with Jira, ServiceNow, or similar ticketing/workflow management systems.
- Strong understanding of business processes, technology operations, and workflow management.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Agile Certification.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project delivery.
- Tableau experience.
- Experience supporting product owners, operational teams, or technology-focused business initiatives.
