Location: Chicago, IL or Louisville, KY preferred; Remote OK
Job Type: W2 Contract; potential to extend 
Schedule: Monday – Friday; first shift
Pay Rate: Starting at $75/hourly with optional benefits packages

Core Responsibilities

  • Workflow & Process Improvement: Identify, document, and implement new workflows aligned with business objectives.
  • System Enhancements & TestingParticipate in requirements gathering, UAT, and deployment of new features or integrations. Ensure enhancements support program goals and operational efficiency.
  • Reporting & MetricsDevelop and maintain dashboards, ad hoc reports, and program-level metrics for senior management. Track KPIs, risk tiering, SLA compliance, and issue management trends.
  • Platform SupportEnhance ProcessUnity notifications, reporting templates, and workflow configurations. Troubleshoot minor system issues and escalate to ProcessUnity support as needed.
  • Policy & DocumentationDrive annual review of TPRM policies and procedures.
  • Incident & Vulnerability ManagementDesign and implement processes for triaging third-party incidents and CVE/zero-day vulnerability communications.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • 3–5 years in Vendor/Third-Party Risk Management.
