UI/UX Designer III

  • Location Preference: Westminster, CO office preferred; Peoria, Dallas, and Chicago also acceptable
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1st shift – Hybrid (2–3 days/week in office)
  • Duration: 12 months (possibility of extension)
  • Travel: 0–25%; typically domestic, occasional international
  • Pay Rate: $55-58/hourly with optional benefits packages including PTO, medical insurance, and 401k

Job Summary:

This position offers a dynamic opportunity to lead user-centered design initiatives within a hybrid work environment. Based preferably in Westminster, CO (with flexibility for Peoria, Dallas, or Chicago), the role supports digital product development through the full design lifecycle, from concept to market. The designer will collaborate closely with stakeholders to deliver intuitive, high-quality user experiences that align with business goals and technical constraints.

With exposure to cutting-edge projects and a strong emphasis on UX strategy, this role is ideal for experienced professionals seeking to deepen their design expertise while contributing to impactful solutions in a collaborative team setting.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Use design processes (e.g., wireframes, prototypes, personas, user research, journey maps, skills etc.) and tools, along with design presentation skills, to take digital solutions from concept to market in collaboration with stakeholders and team members. (70%)
  • Represent the voice of the customer and advocate for user needs, while considering business goals and technical constraints. (15%)
  • Contribute to the design and definition of features, along with user research needs, to enable project or product delivery to drive outcomes and ensure high quality of design deliverables that adhere to our standards. (15%)

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Associate’s degree plus 5+ years in user experience design
