Job Title: UKG Pro WFM Configurator
Location: Warren, MI.

Expected hours per week: 40 hours per week
Schedule: Hybrid
Pay Range: $80-85 an hour
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced UKG Pro WFM Configurator to support the rollout of a new global timekeeping and workforce management system. This position will work closely with configurators and developers to configure and test the system based on user stories.
Responsibilities:
- Configure UKG Pro WFM based on business requirements and user stories
- Test configurations and review results with the project team
- Manage assigned user stories and tickets within Jira
- Collaborate with configurators, developers, and business partners
- Support the rollout of UKG Pro WFM across a global organization
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of UKG experience required
- Experience with UKG Pro WFM / Workforce Management
- Experience with UKG Workforce Central/Kronos
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business, or related field.
