Role Summary
The Corporate Recruiter will support recruiting activities across manufacturing sites and corporate functional teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality talent aligned with business needs.
This role partners closely with hiring managers, HR, and business leaders to develop recruiting strategies, manage full-cycle recruitment, and build strong talent pipelines.
The ideal candidate will bring experience in manufacturing, operations, or high-volume recruiting environments, along with exceptional stakeholder management skills, recruiting expertise, and a strong commitment to providing an outstanding candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders and HR teams to develop and execute effective recruiting strategies for manufacturing and functional roles.
- Manage full-cycle recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill positions, including CDL, operations, technical, and manufacturing roles.
- Deliver a positive candidate experience through proactive communication, transparency, and timely follow-up.
- Provide market intelligence and insights regarding compensation trends, talent availability, and competitive hiring landscapes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize hiring needs and manage expectations in a fast-paced environment.
- Support diversity hiring initiatives and promote inclusive recruiting practices throughout the hiring process.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to talent acquisition projects and strategic initiatives.
- Maintain accurate candidate and requisition information within applicant tracking systems and recruiting platforms.
- Ensure compliance with company recruiting policies and employment regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
- Candidates with an associate’s degree or High School diploma may be considered with significant relevant recruiting experience.
- 3+ years of experience in agency recruiting, corporate recruiting, or a combination of both.
- Experience supporting manufacturing, operations, industrial, or high-volume hiring environments.
- Proven ability to effectively manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities simultaneously.
- Strong stakeholder management, consultation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience conducting candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting technologies.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while partnering effectively across teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting for manufacturing plants, distribution centers, operations, or skilled trades positions.
- Experience hiring for CDL, technical, engineering, maintenance, or production-related roles.
- Prior experience using Workday Recruiting or other enterprise ATS platforms.
- Experience supporting geographically dispersed hiring teams and multiple business units.
- Knowledge of talent market trends, workforce planning, and recruiting analytics.
- Experience participating in talent acquisition process improvement initiatives.
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion recruiting practices.
