Talent Acquisition Partner
Location: Round Lake, IL or Deerfield, IL (Hybrid: 3 Days Onsite / 2 Days Remote)
Pay: $38 – $40 an hr
What You’ll Do:
Partner with hiring managers and HR leaders to develop and execute effective recruiting strategies.
Manage full-cycle recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiations, and onboarding support.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for manufacturing, operations, technical, and corporate positions.
Provide market intelligence on compensation trends, talent availability, and competitive hiring practices.
Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, prioritizing hiring needs and managing expectations.
Promote an inclusive recruitment process and contribute to diversity hiring initiatives.
Drive continuous improvement through recruiting projects and process enhancement efforts.
What We’re Looking For:
3+ years of agency and/or corporate recruiting experience.
Experience supporting manufacturing, operations, or high-volume hiring environments preferred.
Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholder groups simultaneously.
Strong relationship-building, communication, and consultation skills.
Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools; Workday experience is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree preferred, though equivalent experience will be considered.
Work Environment:
Hybrid schedule with 3 days onsite and 2 days remote.
Must be locally based near Round Lake or Deerfield and available to support onsite hiring activities as needed.
