Project Coordinator – HR Transformation
Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid – 1-2 days onsite per week preferred)
Pay Rate: $40.00/hour

About the Opportunity
Baxter is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to support a large-scale HR Transformation initiative. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys driving execution, and can effectively coordinate across leadership and cross-functional teams.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in keeping projects on track by managing communications, tracking deliverables, maintaining documentation, coordinating meetings, and providing visibility into program progress through dashboards and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
- Support transformation initiatives by driving accountability across teams and leadership groups.
- Track project milestones, risks, action items, and dependencies.
- Develop and maintain project dashboards and status reports.
- Organize and facilitate project meetings, including agendas, notes, and follow-up actions.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure information is current and accurate.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment and timely execution of project goals.
- Provide regular updates to leadership on project progress and key metrics.
Required Qualifications
- 5-10+ years of experience in Project Coordination, PMO Support, Program Coordination, or Project Management.
- Experience supporting transformation, change management, or large-scale business initiatives.
- Strong experience with Workday and ServiceNow.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience using dashboards and reporting tools to monitor project performance.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Power BI.
- Prior experience supporting HR, HR Transformation, or enterprise-wide transformation programs.
- Project Management or PMO background.
