Seeking a Lead UX / UI Designer to drive end-to-end experience design across an enterprise AI platform. This role partners closely with engineering to deliver scalable, high-quality UX/UI while maintaining design integrity from concept through production.
Responsibilities
- Lead UX and UI design across enterprise applications, platforms, and dashboards
- Collaborate closely with engineering teams to advocate for design decisions and ensure clean handoff
- Own and evolve the platform’s design system and UI toolkit
- Benchmark and evaluate third-party AI/LLM platforms to inform platform strategy
- Conduct and apply user research and usability testing
- Present design work and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience designing UX/UI for enterprise platforms
- Strong portfolio showing both UX rigor and production-ready UI
- Experience working in engineering-led, fast-paced environments
- Familiarity with AI/LLM concepts and AI-powered tools
- Strong experience with design systems and scalable UI patterns
- Bachelor’s degree required

- Enterprise or on-prem AI deployments
- Prompt engineering concepts
- Data visualization or complex dashboard design
