Pay Range: 

$65.87 per hour

Job Description:  

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Create, maintain, and publish store layouts and detailed product planograms for product launches and merchandising resets. 

  • Partner with global and regional teams to ensure alignment across merchandising strategies and execution. 

  • Localize merchandising initiatives to meet regional market needs while maintaining consistency with worldwide standards. 

  • Analyze field feedback, store performance, and space utilization to identify opportunities to improve the customer experience. 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate product launches and communicate visual merchandising strategies. 

  • Forecast demo product and visual element requirements, ensuring stores are equipped for merchandising changes. 

  • Develop and review merchandising communications, setup guides, standards documentation, and strategy materials. 

Requirements 

  • Experience in visual merchandising within a retail environment. 

  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in fast-paced, evolving environments. 

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. 

  • Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy. 

  • Experience building effective working relationships across multiple stakeholder groups. 

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience collaborating with senior leadership and diverse creative or technical teams. 

  • Background supporting regional or global merchandising initiatives. 

  • Exposure to process optimization, workflow enhancement, or operational efficiency projects. 

  • Experience using business insights to support merchandising decisions. 

  • Demonstrated commitment to fostering inclusive and collaborative work environments.

Education 

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
