Job Title: Warehouse Associate II
Location: Wilmington, MA (Onsite)
Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours/week
Contract: 6-Month Contract with potential for extension based on business needs
Compensation: $28/hr W2
About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate II to support facility operations and general warehouse activities. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on work, maintaining organized work environments, and assisting with building, warehouse, and facility upkeep.
Key Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials and equipment
- Receive, distribute, and organize deliveries and supplies
- Perform routine cleaning and facility upkeep
- Remove trash, recyclables, and debris from designated areas
- Assist with minor repairs, painting, fixture replacement, and general maintenance
- Safely operate hand tools and power tools
- Support groundskeeping activities, including landscaping and seasonal maintenance
- Follow all safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
- Report facility issues, hazards, or maintenance concerns
- Assist maintenance personnel and skilled trades as needed
Education & Experience Required
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in warehouse, facilities, maintenance, construction, landscaping, custodial, or general labor environments
- Experience performing physical work in a fast-paced environment
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Warehouse or material handling experience
- Loading and unloading materials
- Basic facility or building maintenance
- Experience using hand tools and power tools
- Strong attention to safety practices
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and move materials throughout the workday
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Shipping and receiving experience
- Facilities support experience
- Groundskeeping or landscaping experience
- Previous experience working in industrial, warehouse, or manufacturing environments
- OSHA awareness or safety-focused work experience
- Experience assisting maintenance technicians or trade professionals
