Weld Manufacturing Engineer
Location: Horicon, WI
Shift: Full-time, 1st shift (with flexibility to cover 3rd shift as needed)
Duration: 24 months, W2 Contract
Compensation: $44/hr

Key Responsibilities:
- Program and troubleshoot robotic welding systems (e.g., Fanuc systems)
- Investigate and analyze data to identify root causes of welding issues
- Develop and revise routings, pay standards, layouts, weld tooling, and control plans
- Implement cost reduction, quality, safety, and ergonomic improvements
- Utilize tools such as PDM, SAP, Wplanner/MPM, OMS, and Creo for engineering tasks
- Design cell layouts to optimize material flow and presentation
- Participate in factory capacity planning and productivity initiatives
- Support the development of baseline data for wage performance pay plans
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in robotic welding applications within a manufacturing setting
- Strong knowledge of weld processes, quality standards, tooling, and maintenance
- Effective communication skills with all levels of the organization
- Hands-on experience with MIG welding
