Workforce Management Specialist

About the RoleEPITEC is hiring a Workforce Management Specialist to support WE Energies (WEC Energy Group) Care Center Operations. This role focuses on workforce forecasting, scheduling, and real?time resource management to ensure service level objectives, budget targets, and operational performance are met across multiple care center locations and a vendor partner.
Key Responsibilities
- Forecast call, email, and back?office workloads and staffing needs
- Create and adjust schedules for 300+ Care Center employees
- Perform real?time monitoring and workload evaluations
- Coordinate training schedules and transition new hires to live call handling
- Manage vacation planning while maintaining service levels
- Support leadership with staffing actions and performance decisions
- Develop workforce management, performance, and budget variance reports
- Identify and implement process improvements in workforce planning
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3–5 years of workforce management, resource planning, or scheduling experience
- Leadership experience preferred
- Workforce Management software experience (Aspect preferred)
- Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills
