| Duties: | Responsible for coordinating and expediting the flow of work and materials within and between departments according to established production schedules; review and distribute production, work and shipment schedules; compile reports on inventory levels and costs; examine documents, materials and products, and monitor work processes in order to assess completeness, accuracy and conformation to standards and specifications; review documents including production schedules, work orders, and staffing tables to determine personnel and materials requirements, and material priorities; record production data, including volume produced, consumption of raw materials, and quality control measures; support the requisition and maintenance of inventories of materials and supplies necessary to meet production demands; revise production schedules, when required, due to design changes, labor or material shortages or other interruptions; distribute production schedules and work orders to departments; conduct a transactional process from factory to distribution center, making routine decisions using pre-determined decision alternatives on matters that have business impact; provide analysis and reports through data process and maintenance (Forecast, Routing, KPI, Container and Load management); coordinate destination transportation operations to ensure execution and delivery of priority and KPI containers; coordinate and execute special project transportation and ancillary services; utilize and apply knowledge of SAP WMS, SAP TMS, SAP ERP, Advanced Excel, Tableau, DMAIC principles, RFID Technology, Oracle SQL, Vendor Managed Inventories, RFQ/RFP processes, and Ocean/air/road shipments perform assigned duties; document data collections to support department projects/activities; consolidate Inbound claims information to distribute to other departments to mitigate financial loss; align with multiple vendors in order to execute transportation and handling of units; and work in a continuous improvement spirit across a highly-matrix working environment. | Minimum Qualifications: | Education: Bachelors – Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Engineering Management, Mechanical Engineering, or in a related field of study (will accept equivalent foreign degree); Training: None; Experience: One (1) years in the position above, as a Logistics Coordinators, as a Business Logistics Specialist, as an ERC Sr. Associate, as a FEA Analyst, or in a related occupation; Other Requirements: Experience must include one (1) years use of all the following: SAP WMS, SAP TMS, SAP ERP, Advanced Excel, Tableau, DMAIC principles, RFID Technology, Oracle SQL, Vendor Managed Inventories, RFQ/RFP processes, and Ocean/air/road shipments. Will also accept any suitable combination of education, training, and/or experience. |
