Position: Social Media/Community/Marketing Manager

 

Pay: $56-59/hr

HYBRID – 4x a week onsite, 1 day remote

 

Overview: We are seeking a Social Media and Community Manager to join the team of our client in Englewood Cliffs, NJ. This role is a hybrid position and will require this person to be onsite Monday-Thursdays. Pay range is $56-59/hr, with optional benefits.

 

This marketing role blends strategic community engagement with dynamic content creation to drive brand resonance and relevance across social platforms. The ideal candidate is a culturally tuned-in digital native who can elevate online communities while crafting platform-specific content that connects.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily community interactions, resolve issues, and uphold brand tone
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and deploy content strategies
  • Create/edit social assets (video, static, stories, Reels/TikToks)
  • Monitor trends and pop culture to inform timely and creative output
  • Maintain content calendars and support copywriting/editing
  • Safeguard social media accounts through platform hygiene best practices

 

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years in social media marketing
  • Tools: Proficient with Sprinklr or native platforms; CapCut, Adobe Express, or Premiere
  • Strong understanding of social media culture and engagement mechanics
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and collaborative skills
  • Organized multitasker thriving in fast-paced environments
