Special Investigations Department Support
Pay Rate: $18/hour

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Special Investigations Department Support in one of our locations: Tulsa, OK; Richardson, TX; or Chicago, IL.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for researching and initiating telephone and written inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner. You will work closely with our team to respond to questions, make decisions, and provide excellent customer service.

Key Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1 year customer service experience
  • Experience in telephone and email outreach, making decisions, and responding quickly to questions
  • Data entry and/or typing experience
  • Interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft suite (Excel and Word)
  • Detail-oriented

Nice to Have:

  • 1 year customer service experience, including call center or telemarketing
  • 6 months data entry experience in an office environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
