Job Description:
The HR Operations team member is responsible for executing core HR operations and employee lifecycle processes. This role plays a critical role in delivering consistent, compliant, and high-quality HR support across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as day-to-day HR support for assigned leaders and employee groups, partnering closely with the HRBP
• Execute HR transactions and employee lifecycle activities in Workday, including job changes, onboarding, offboarding, transfers, relocations, and leave actions
• Manage offboarding logistics, including documentation, system processing, equipment coordination, and employee communications • Act as primary point of contact for Leave of Absence transactions and standard employee HR inquiries; escalate complex matters as appropriate
• Coordinate global HR operational activities, including offboarding, immigration and relocation support, and country-specific requirements
• Support performance management and employee relations processes by preparing documentation, tracking actions, and partnering with HRBPs and leaders
• Execute logistics for large-scale HR processes such as reorganizations and workforce reductions, including documentation, Workday execution, and coordination with partners
• Prepare talent and workforce-related materials, reports, and data packs to support talent reviews, calibration, succession planning, and workforce planning
• Support data integrity through audits, remediation activities, compensation planning support, and ongoing HR systems maintenance
