Summary
Our client is seeking a Multimedia Designer Marketing Manager to support creative development and execution across multiple marketing channels within a global consumer-focused environment.
This role is ideal for a highly creative professional with strong design, storytelling, and project management experience who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
The Marketing Manager will partner closely with creative leadership and cross-functional teams to develop compelling visual and multimedia assets, support campaign execution, and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities
Creative Development & Brand Execution

Collaborate with Creative Director to implement brand guidelines across diverse media formats

Develop creative assets including logos, banners, video, motion graphics, and digital/print materials

Adapt designs for various platforms including paid media, websites, social media, and print

Submit creative concepts and final deliverables for brand review and approval
Project Management & Collaboration

Manage design projects from concept through final delivery

Facilitate discovery and kick-off meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements

Track project timelines, deliverables, and ongoing work across teams

Partner cross-functionally with internal teams and external agency partners
Content & Localization Support

Support localization of video and graphic content for regional markets

Upload and manage creative assets within internal digital asset management (DAM) systems

Ensure consistency and alignment of materials across global campaigns
Process Optimization

Leverage AI tools to streamline creative workflows and improve efficiency

Identify opportunities to enhance creative processes and project execution
Required Education & Experience
-
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Video Production, or related field

8+ years of experience in graphic design and video editing

Proven experience managing creative projects for marketing campaigns
Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong design proficiency across digital and print formats

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools

Excellent storytelling and communication skills

Project management experience within creative or marketing environments

Understanding of global marketing and localization strategies

Experience utilizing AI tools within creative workflows

Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams
