Supply Management Specialist
Job Type: W2 Contract
Contract Duration: 12 Months
Pay Rate: $28.00 – $29.50/hour
Location: Dubuque, Iowa 52001 | 100% onsite

Schedule:
- 1st Shift
- Flexible start time between 6:00 AM – 8:00 AM
- Final schedule determined between hiring manager and selected candidate
Additional Requirements:
- Metatarsal footwear required
- May very rarely operate a motorized scooter inside the factory
This role supports supply chain operations within a manufacturing environment by managing supplier communication, prioritizing shipments, and executing supply management workflows to ensure continuity of supply.
Position Description
- Proactively analyze critical shortage reports to determine shipment priorities
- Communicate with suppliers to ensure continuity of supply
- Manage supplier shipment planning aligned to SAP schedules
- Execute supply management workflows
- Facilitate purchase order (PO) creation and maintain parameters for assigned supplier parts
Required Qualifications:
- Demonstrated critical thinking skills
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook)
- General knowledge of manufacturing environments
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP experience (highly preferred but not required)
