Pay Range (must include “per hour”): $30 to $38 pert hour depending on benefits selected

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Engineering Support Engineer to assist with product structure management, prototype coordination, and cross-functional collaboration across engineering and support teams. This role will support product development and lifecycle activities, including BOM management, documentation updates, and coordination of prototype builds and testing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain Bill of Materials (BOM) spreadsheets to support pricing and product structure
  • Collaborate with component and platform teams to ensure accurate and efficient product configuration
  • Coordinate prototype part management activities, including ordering, tracking, and shipping to support build and testing efforts
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to maintain and update technical documentation, including manuals, guides, and service-related materials
  • Support product development initiatives by tracking deliverables and ensuring alignment across teams
  • Lead or support meetings with engineering stakeholders to drive progress and resolve issues
  • Assist in managing product lifecycle documentation and supporting continuous improvement efforts

Team Environment

  • Work within a collaborative engineering team supporting new product introduction (NPI), new technology initiatives, and continuous product improvements
  • Partner closely with engineers, customer support teams, and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Operate under the guidance of a team lead while contributing independently to assigned tasks

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience (internships count toward experience)
  • Strong attention to detail with experience managing data, documentation, or product structures
  • Ability to work both independently and within cross-functional teams
