Position Overview
We are seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining scalable software applications that meet customer needs. This role spans the full software development lifecycle, including architecture design, coding, testing, and deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with stakeholders and customers to understand use cases, requirements, and pain points, ensuring user-centric solutions
- Design, develop, and deliver complex software solutions using modern tools, frameworks, and Agile methodologies
- Define and evaluate appropriate technology stacks, integration strategies, and deployment approaches
- Create high-level architecture designs defining system components, interfaces, and data flow
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, architecture, etc.)
- Define and implement testing strategies, standards, and quality assurance processes
- Optimize application performance and continuously improve system efficiency
- Apply software engineering best practices including TDD, CI/CD, and code quality standards
- Implement and support security protocols (encryption, anonymization, data protection)
- Develop intuitive, responsive front-end user interfaces
- Build and maintain back-end systems including APIs and microservices
- Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies to enhance solution capabilities
