About the Role
We are hiring a Production Scheduler / Inventory Analyst to support a leading manufacturing team. In this role, you will help coordinate and track the movement of materials and shipments to ensure production stays on schedule and customer needs are met.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in supply chain, logistics, or inventory tracking looking for a stable, long-term opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Track inventory and materials from warehouse to shipment
- Coordinate daily production schedules and material flow
- Monitor and track transportation using internal systems
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and production data
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries
Required Qualifications
- 2–4+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or inventory analysis
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills (required)
- Experience tracking shipments, materials, or inventory
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Preferred Background
- Experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
- Exposure to transportation/logistics systems
- Supply chain or transportation analyst experience
