Monday – Friday, Onsite, 2nd or 3rd Shift (2:00pm–10:30pm or 9:30pm–6:00am) + OT as needed

Pay Range:
$42.85 – $46.42 per hour

Job Description:
Responsibilities

Supervise skilled trades on the floor and provide support as needed

Work with Senior Maintenance Team Leader to ensure maintenance organization maintains cost structure line

Perform weekly preventive maintenance audits to increase visibility and maintenance effectiveness

Lead and support a team of union skilled trades including pipefitters, electricians, and mechanics (R5s)

Actively engage in and promote Maintenance Safety Culture
Skills
-
Experience using SAP
-
Experience working in maintenance, safety, or union environments (highly preferred)
-
Ability to lead union skilled trades teams
-
Experience leading or supporting preventive maintenance programs
-
Background in engineering preferred
