Job Summary
The Services Specialist is responsible for managing and resolving Site non-conformities (NC) from initial identification through material resolution and delivery to site. This role focuses on driving efficient and effective issue resolution, performing accurate defect analysis, and supporting quality improvement initiatives. The Services Specialist leads NC activities within a designated area or region, ensuring timely resolution, reducing aging, and maintaining compliance with established processes and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed defect analysis for each site NC using appropriate tools to determine root cause
- Accurately document analysis results and findings within internal systems
- Evaluate potential technical and financial solutions in collaboration with engineering teams or suppliers
- Manage cost approval processes and approve relevant sales orders based on delegation of authority
- Lead implementation of selected solutions, ensuring accurate system documentation and cross-functional coordination
- Ensure resolution cycle time compliance from issue opening through delivery
- Drive on-time material delivery to site by coordinating across involved functions
- Lead Free of Charge (FOC) process application for managed NC cases
- Provide regular reporting and updates for assigned projects and regions
- Participate in and lead weekly NC review meetings, delivering status updates and metrics
- Partner with program managers to develop and implement improvement initiatives for NC processes
- Monitor and drive performance against key indicators including resolution cycle time, procedure adherence, service requests resolved, FOC outcomes, and managed initiatives
Years of Experience and Education:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, preferably in engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in quality, non-conformity management, field service engineering, or engineering-related roles
- Prior experience in a quality or analytics-focused function
Skills Required:

- Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple functions

- Knowledge of ISO9001 standards
- Understanding of Oil and Gas products and industry practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Fluent in English
