DESCRIPTION: 

Support in the planning and execution of marketing assets & campaigns across all premium digital platforms, linear networks, home entertainment, and direct-to-consumer channels

OVERVIEW: 
This role plays a key part in ensuring content is effectively positioned, promoted, and delivered to audiences across multiple distribution windows and touchpoints. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in multi-platform content marketing within the streaming and television entertainment industry managing day-to-day workflows across release planning, creative asset development, and partner communication, working closely with internal teams, platforms, and external partners. The role plays a key part in keeping projects on track, supporting campaign execution, and delivering reporting and insights to support the Director of Global Content Marketing.

RESPONSIBILITES

  • Own execution and optimization of assigned global marketing workstreams across digital, linear, and home entertainment platforms, ensuring alignment with overall campaign objectives
  • Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and approvals across internal teams and external partners
  • Assist in briefing creative teams and agencies, ensuring assets align with brand and platform requirements
  • Apply independent judgment to optimize campaign elements, asset strategies, and platform-specific execution in alignment with established brand and platform guidelines
  • Analyze engagement and performance of TV content across key platforms and provide recommendations to improve discoverability, audience reach, and overall campaign effectiveness
  • Liaise with networks and platforms to align on messaging, tune-in strategies, and promotional opportunities.
  • Support in building annual release calendars for DTC Amazon Prime Video Direct (APVD) SVOD & EST in collaboration with Distribution and Brand teams.
  • Manage campaign workflows, timelines, and deliverables, proactively identifying risks, resolving issues, and ensuring projects remain on track across internal teams and external partners
  • Ensure compliance and certification with Amazon platform specifications, metadata requirements, and delivery deadlines
  • Optimize titles, descriptions, keywords, and artwork to improve discoverability on Amazon.
  • Monitor the APVD performance and provide reporting insights to inform future releases
  • Serve as a key point of contact for networks and platform partners, aligning on executional requirements and advising on content positioning within defined campaign parameters
  • Coordinate artwork, metadata, and promotional copy for retail and digital storefronts (e.g., iTunes, Amazon, Google Play)
  • Prioritize deliverables across multiple concurrent projects, balancing deadlines and business impact in a fast-paced environment
  • Track Home Ent release schedules and ensure all marketing materials are delivered on time
  • Support the planning and execution of distribution trade shows and industry markets, including events such as MIPCOM and MIFA
  • Oversee content publishing workflows and digital asset delivery (including trailers, clips, and key art), ensuring optimization for platform requirements and audience engagement
  • Assist with booth design, branding, and on-site logistics at trade shows and industry events.
  • Partner with distribution teams to ensure content is effectively showcased and aligned with event goals
  • Maintain distribution release trackers, calendars, and status reports to support accurate planning and execution
  • Coordinate cross-functional communication across marketing, distribution, and creative teams
  • Develop presentation materials for internal and external stakeholders

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 3-5 years’ Experience in digital & TV content marketing and Experience working across multiple platforms (digital, VOD, FAST, OTT)
  • Familiarity with Amazon Prime Video Direct or similar distribution platforms preferred
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
